Corn torte

From the kitchen of Terri Wemett

1 cup corn meal
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cottage cheese
3 cups jack cheese (I used pepper jack)
1/4 cup oil
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 can Niblets corn (drained)
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
8 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except butter together and pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Dot with the butter. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until done. Enjoy…
